This map below shows the mountain ranges in New Zealand covered in snow. This was created by using a DEM found in the living atlas and applying a gradient colour ramp, using different white tones to create the snow covered effect. The base layer was aerial imagery found in the living atlas as well. I then made use of the blend modes in ArcGIS Pro, and presto! You have a snowy effect that you can use on all the mountain ranges across the the globe.
