I made this retro-looking poster thanks to an amazing colour palette created by John Nelson, and watching his video on WPA Posters and their history.
I used data from Nature Earth and ESRI's living atlas, to create layers for Urban Areas, Areas of Natural Beauty or Forests, and the remaining background as the mustard yellow tone.
And I love the texture created using a paper picture fill and then changing the colour tones on top of it!
